HIKING

You bet we hike.  Every month we have several hikes led by experienced guides. 

You'll find us everywhere from the Bosque to the Sandias and beyond. Hikes range from short and easy to longer and moderately difficult. Typically, we carpool to trailheads and often have a meal afterward.

LEADERS

Max leads hikes that are typically shorter and easier. 

Derek is a lifelong hiker and former National Park Service employee. His hikes are longer and more ambitious. 

Email either of them if you would like to suggest a hike or ask a question. 

NOTE: Hiking involves risks. You need to be sufficiently fit and properly equipped with poles, hiking boots, sun-protective clothing, water, nutrition and sunscreen. Your are responsible for your own safety.
